Don't get me wrong, I love the gameplay, the character design, story and honestly everything about it. Except the monetization, hear me out. It's not "Woe is me, this is another gotcha game" its more that the prizes on the store don't scream impulse buy, it screams give me your wallet. for example, Almost two pulls for 30 dollars is a bit much, the store has many such items on sale. I understand the effort put into the game itself but im sorry the pulls are not worth that, under no circumstances

I play a lot of mobile games, with some of them lasting in my games group longer than others. Sometimes my interest wanes or something else becomes the flavor of the week. Chaos Zero Nightmare is one of the few that has lasted because every time I log in there is new content, new characters, new battle mechanics. And while not all changes are permanent or as successful as you'd like them to be, the constancy and quality of the content shows the creators care about putting out an engaging game.

Graphics: 5/5 most games have this in the bag, but lack the most important part. ↓ Gameplay loop (GPL): 7/5 the Slay The Spiral GPL is made better with the additional characters that may come out. which means more cards/builds and let's not forget the mental breakdown mechanic. PS Nice job with that mechanic. Microtransactions: 4/5 you can get by without it just fine, but it's there if you want it. The game is great; just need a CO-OP mode.
